Each year, we host a variety of retreats in beautiful locations across the country.

At these retreats, the only priority is self-care. That means something different for everyone, so we leave room and options in our schedule for things like yoga and meditation, journaling, hiking, stargazing and singing over campfires, and so much more.

In addition to relaxing, recharging, and connecting with other amazing women, we also do soul-growth and self-love exercises encapsulated into 3-4 workshops throughout the weekend. Our proprietary retreat experience includes purpose, pine, and permanence sessions that will challenge your ways of thinking, enable dialogue with other women with similar experiences, and empower you to consider what makes you “you.” It’s a healthy balance of exploration, real talk, and empowering tips/tricks to take home with you.

Women from all walks of life, retired or just beginning careers, mothers or daughters, single or married, have joined us on our retreats - wherever you are in your life, that part just doesn’t matter to us. We’ll meet you where you’re at. If you’re interested in joining us, we would love to have you. At our retreats, some women come with friends, some come solo, and some come with family. No matter your situation, we’ve got you, and you’re welcome to join us.

Sample Retreat Schedule

8-9am – Morning yoga (optional)

9-10am – Breakfast

10am-12pm– Group workshop 1

12pm – Local activity (e.g. hike, snowshoe, or relax in town) and afternoon time to pause (e.g. massages, etc)

3-5pm – Group workshop 2

5pm – Happy hour

6-7pm - Dinner

7:30 – Evening activity (e.g. stargazing, campfire, yoga nidra)

We welcome women of all ages 21-75+. All athletic activities are optional and many can be modified! We also will serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages at happy hour.
